Just hungry today - nothing seemed to fill me up. Even things that normally do. I just want to record this as a fluke and forget about it. I know this isn't my best - but I can't change it. Just record it, hold myself accountable and move on.
800 - Step 1000 - Banana and Granola Bar 1130 - PB Banana Sandwich and an apple 230 - Saltine 500 - 2 chicken fingers and mixed veggies 630 - Grapes (instead of cookies!) 900 - shared popcorn with friends 1100 - 3 chips ahoy cookies 1130 - cheerio PB bars 1200 - life cereal
Total: 2273 - Moving forward, I don't want to dwell on this one.

We all have days like that! You have the right attitude about it and all doing fantastic and have come a long way! I am truly inspired by your exercise regime you really don't miss a day!

I feel you, sometimes you just ahve a down day.. as long as you push yourself in your workout eating like this on occassion is ok :_)

I have days like this all the time. Grapes and popcorn are my undoing late at night and I eat lots more when I'm tired (at night or after stressful work days). Sometimes you just have to force yourself to go to bed... I've heard brushing your teeth after dinner works well in preventing late night munching (not that I've tried it OR succeeded ;). I think it's great you're holding yourself accountable. I try to do the same, that way when I look back at my weight loss graph I can see the relation between overeating and weight gain vs. healthy eating and loss. I figure it will click in my brain one day :) Good luck and keep tracking!
