Better Monday. Lunch at CPK with friend I haven't seen in ten years. We had a great time. I had grilled veggie salad with chicken, with very little dressing. Not bad. Exercised at night. Gonna start an evening routine of exercise, maybe twice daily, even. In the evening in order to take my mind off food.

Debbra, how are you doing with your water? I realize that when I miss water one day: I am STARVING the next. Never good. However, great idea to workout more! And, your walking for 2 hours and 5 min is wonderful!
