My favorite weight loss meal prep:
Cabbage Soup <3
Ingredients:
6 cloves of garlic
2 small sweet onions
5 organic carrots
4 thin celery stalks
1 cup of parsely
1/2 cabbage
4 “no chicken” bouillon cubes
16 cups of water
