Today I am grateful for the Brené Brown. Diving into Her life's work around the topics of shame and vulnerability is changing my life. And I mean reaching into the darkest and most challenging aspects of my human experience on a core level. If you're looking for a good read pick up one of her books. I just finished daring greatly. It will light you on fire and make you feel alive.
