My fast went well yesterday. Though my loss was minimal, 2 ounces. For the month of March it's been 10.8 lbs all from fasting. I am very happy with those losses. I can't expect a large loss every time I fast though its nice when it happens.
Current weight 223.2 lbs. My goals: 1st 198 lbs 2nd 160 lbs Finale: 130 lbs
