I was able to hit up the gym to do some supersets between chest and back yesterday. I felt pretty strong and was able to beat my pull up record and also added some additional weight to my chest work. I ran 4 miles outside and enjoyed some fresh air. These Burpees are still going to be the death of me, I didn't hit my 50 (mostly because I started to feel lazy) but I did 30.
Today, I'll set a Burpee goal of 50 and plan to hit the gym around lunchtime. I"m not sure about the run yet, I'm a day a head of my training schedule but may knock out a 3 miler and take two days off prior to my long weekend run (9 miler).
