Happy Saturday everyone! My calories are a little low this week, I keep getting busier and busier during my eating window which is spreading out my meals. Yesterday I wasn't able to go to the gym at lunch time but went at 6PM. I had a really good workout. I did my circuit weight training and ran 3 miles on the treadmill.
I'm going to be pretty busy tomorrow so today I plan to do more circuit training and my long run. Everything is lining up nicely and I plan to keep plugging along. The scale has been friendly this week.
