Well...the weight is coming off. I'm so sick of meat that I become kinda nauseated after I eat. Weight loss via nausea...I'm thinking of modifying to a low-glycemic diet once I hit my first goal.

Yea, I have a hard time with too much meat. I think they have a vegetarian Atkins. Google it to see what kinds of foods you can eat with protein. Low glycemic should work too.
