selalu kalo abis 'dapetbulanan' bb pasti melonjak WKWKWKKWKW. Biasanya naik 1 kg. LAH INI LANGSUNG 2 KG!!! dalam waktu 2 minggu :") . Olahraga masih rutin sih padahal, semoga aja jadi otot...AAMIIIN. ini nih akibat makan dikontrol tp nyemilnya bablassssss. Yowesssss langsung back on track lagi!!! SEMANGATTT!!!!
