I'm getting sick of the cold stuff that keeps going around. My sinuses are full today. I also started having my side pain again yesterday. Luckily I already had a doctor appointment for today, so hopefully she can take a look at my sinuses and who knows with my side. I thought I was getting over this, so we'll see what the doc says. Maybe it's muscular?
I feel like the weekend went well. I had some tests of my will power, but I won most of them. I did get a workout in on Saturday and Sunday too, so that was great. I about didn't do a workout Sunday, but made myself and I was glad I did. I even pre-made my lunches for this week, a little higher calorie than I thought, but should be better than grabbing frozen dinners.
I met my goals for last week, so here are my goals for this week: At least 4 workouts Drink around 70 oz. of H2O per day Stay at/under RDI Eat at least 1 serving of fruit per day Eat at least 3 servings of veggies per day No snacking after 8 p.m.
