I was so pleased yesterday at an opticians appointment, not only has this diet helped me to drop from a size 20 to a size 12, but when he checked my eye health, he said that he could tell that I was super healthy, no diabetes, no high cholesterol, no glaucoma. So pleased all this hard work is paying off all round 🙂
