Woke at 227.1, down 3.5 from yesterday. Moved a ton of water yesterday. I ended the day way over on calories as Denise and Jason got some pizza, and I ate four slices in my post-happy hour condition, but it did not seem to affect me. I did 30 minutes of HIIT spinning this morning before weighing in. UPDATE: Got to 226.9 by 5 pm.
