40-1 jam kak hehe alhamdulillah sdh di moderate soalnya msh lapar tp udah makan di bmr. Pengen naikin kuantitas makanan soalnya kualitas alhamdulillah bagus. Lapar apa doyan😂 tp ttp karbo dibawah 100 gr
