Really lousy week. Not so much with my food, I was pretty good with that. I haven't worked out since last Monday and I definitely feel it.
Gotta get back on my grind this week. I want to make sure I work out a lot this week, so I can eat whatever I want this Saturday (my birthday)!
Cant believe I'm going to be 24. I'm getting way too old haha.
