Could be. Stay with it... took me 3 weeks to lose 1 lb when I was doing absolutely everything right and then last week, did the same things and lost a few lbs in a week. Just stick with it... meditation and sleeping well have been extremely helpful for me. I do a nighttime meditation and it knocks me out, has increased the quality of my sleep, and has lowered my heart rate almost 20% from normal. I’m a believer now!
