I cheated pretty bad yesterday.. i went bowling with my family and had a small pretzel.. Once we got home we ordered chinese food.. and we made some drinks.. The worst part is that the food wasnt worth.. It was so bad i'm back on track today.. I like having a cheat day (well days this week) but i know that if i didnt cheat i would have lost more weight then that.. So i really need to figure out whether i like the pace that i'm going at or if i want to loose it a lil bit faster

I cheated loads last week! I had chinese twice, first time it was great, the second time it was yuk! I also made lots of other smaller bad choices. I've had a look at what made me lose the control i had previously had. And i put it down to drinking alchohol! So i'm staying of the booze and sticking to diet sodas when i go out :(
