I really need to plan my day, and do my tracking. But I also need to speak to the 'chef' about all the high carb, stodgy food we are eating, and get back to the veggies! I have Mongolian lamb for lunch today... I'll start by leaving the rice!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.9 lb a week
