Today was a bitter cold day, soup was the menu for the day with a couple keto rolls. These were definitely the best recipe I have tried so far. Hubby managed to eat 5 of them throughout the day. Finally the scale is starting to move in the right direction after my carb fest on Monday. It don't care if it is a tiny slide downward I will take it.
