I've dropped my first 10 pounds!! Finding FS has been a game changer for me. I learned about the CICO diet and have bee following that with no food restrictions. Just been doing my best to eat healthy whole foods. However I just never want to feel guilt or shame if I decide to eat a slice of cake here and there as long as I stay within my calorie allotment. So far it's been working!
