Knowing there'd be goodies (of the sweet kind) post-golf game today, I opted to take a diet drink plus a tangerine to eat in lieu. So I wasn't even tempted as I usually am. One challenge surmounted!
Don't seem to have eaten enough today yet not hungry - well, having an urge for sweets. Will take a handle of almonds...
