I've been doing good this week with tracking and have not been binging on anything and everything sweet...which I'm happy about, but every night I go over on my points...two or three or 5 tonight. I think I might be addicted to vitalicious vitamuffins and brownies. I ordered a whole case online because they only have one point each and I thought they would be good to keep my sweet tooth at bay.
Thing is...today I've had 4 of them :/ I think I might be addicted...eek. Hopefully I will still lose this week, and I don't use all of my 35 extra points before the weekend...that's usually when I really need them!
Anyone have any tips on late night eatting or not consuming entire boxes of muffins (even if they are only 100 cal a pop, it adds up!)
