Day #19 (27th): 20 Lunges, 10 Toe Touches
Day #20 (28th): 10 Sit Ups, 10 Lunges, 20 Jumping Jacks
Day #21 (29th): Break Day
Tomorrow: Start Level 1 Exercise Program

As far as my challenge goes, I have had a salad for lunch for 3 days now: a big bowl of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, and roast tomato dressing. Went to the store and got some cucumbers and sweet peppers to add.

Still going strong on the water.
