I'm finally feeling like I'm getting somewhere, although I do feel like my hunger is coming back, and that scares me. Running is the key, I think. I have been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories and working out most days, at least 250 calories worth - zumba days more.
I started Couch to 5K program, and I just finished week 1, running 3 days a week in intervals.
