I love the RDI, but I hate that I can't adjust it for workout days. I will consume a couple hundred more calories on a day I workout than I will on days that I don't. It balances out without putting my body into survival mode.

Below 1200 cals is putting your body into starvation mode. That's the base level necessary to function for women, so you should be eating at least that many cals/day. Most people don't realize just how counterintuitive it is that you actually have to eat to lose weight.
