I got drunk Saturday at wheelers poker game and ate a whole dominos thin crust cheese before bed, ice cream, had Chinese for lunch. haven't worked out in 3 days and no where near enough water. I must stop this crazy cycle I'm in!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
