skwhite's Journal, 20 January 2014

Since the in-laws are here I haven't gotten in all my exercise and my eating is up some. I did my mid-week weigh in and was happy to find that I am only up .2 pounds. I am missing my workouts but will get back to them at full strength tomorrow. A part of my is wondering if this small break isn't good for me since I have been pushing myself in my workouts pretty hard.

Also why doesn't the food and exercise switch over automatically every day? That's annoying.

It will probably be good for recovering from those hard exercises. You will probably still benefit from the after-burn effect during recovery :)
