so frustrated w/myself. I eat all the right foods at each meal, then if I spot something bad like chocaltes or pastry, I grab one and devour it totally screwing up my hard work of planning healthy meals & snacks...ugh

Try not to beat yourself up about it. That's exactly what I use to do. Eventually I gave up altogether; and then I really became miserable. I've just started again to eat 'healthier'...like I use to a while back. My attitude had to change ( mostly about myself ) or I never would of made any changes. Each day we begin fresh :)) Best Wishes
