Ok so I had a bag of M&M's, I couldn’t fight any longer they were calling me and I had a moment of weakness, anyway it hit me today just how great I am really feeling. I have stuck to my diet all week, I have not had 1 cup of coffee no energy drinks and no soda. I used to drink two energy drinks just to come to work and drink coffee on my breaks. I am in shock at how much junk I consumed not to mention beer I can drink beer like a frog eats flies (daily) I’m talking a six or more but I haven’t had 1 beer and I don’t want one if I get the urge I drink a bottle of water and forget about it but I have had wine but my diet said it was ok in small amounts. I think I will take a vacation on my bday if I hit my goal what do you guys think ...MIAMI OR CALI?

Congratulation in your LIFESTYLE change!! Wow, that's commitment for you. WELL DONE. You are for sure making some very good changes! Stick to it, this will have a huge impact on your weight loss, that's for sure. Oh, so you had some chocolate, live with it, learn from it... You have to allow you selves some treats, JUST NOT ALL THE TIME.
Where in California? Assuming that's what you meant with CALI that is ;-)

AWESOME JOB! Those are some major lifestyle changes, & I'm sure your body is still adjusting to them. But once that is over, you'll feel even better, both physically & also emotionally & mentally, knowing you're doing the right thing for your health & well being. I grew up in San Diego, so I'd definitely say Cali. But then I've never been to Miami, so you're the better judge on that. We lived in Charleston, SC for a couple years, & I loved the beaches, but didn't care for having to go so far out into the water before it was deep enough to really swim & have fun. Don't know if it's that way in FL or not, but I do love that nice, warm Gulf Stream. Anyway, have a great time wherever you choose, & know you've earned it. CONGRATULATIONS!
