Better day today headache gone! and went for a 2 mile walk. Hope I can keep with plan when I go back to work. No weight lost yet!

your aim and day started is similiar to mine..i'm on day 2 and haven't yet lost yet..but feel good about accomplishing this goal. good to hear your headache is gone..don't give up!
