so I didn't plan on having a few drinks last night................or eat chocolate so I thought I would we well under my RDI for yesterday. but my daughter was back from Melbourne along with my other two children and their partners, so a roast dinner was planned, then we all played pool after dinner, had a few drinks, my travelling daughter, who is a chocoholic (no idea where she gets that from) had brought back lots of yummy chokies and there we have it up over half a kilo - but it was a fun night so no regrets, and I know its mainly water no real biggie buts its always a bit of a let down to see it rise. So another unplanned fast day today and see what the scales say tomorrow.
