Happy Thursday all! So, I am up 1 lb. No surprise though TOM is finally here with a vengeance.
Through the advice of someone I started taking a calcium magnesium supplement and honestly it makes a world of difference re: constipation issues and resting. I feel so much better today!
I am feeling very good today. Positive and focused :)
Drinkwater, I hope you are having a good day. Mom, I hope you are enjoying your new toy now that you decided to keep it out of the closet! Rocky, keep up the great work with your exercise and weight loss! Lynn, It's sunny here today and a little warmer at -10, hope it's getting warmer in your area.

TOM's are a biotch, aren't they? Men just haven't a clue. LOL! Glad you feel better today, Jenn. I keep forgetting to take my vitamins. I always feel so much better when I do. I will drink more water, I promise. Hugs!
