In bed 9:30 PM, I think I fell asleep by 9:45 PM
Fast forward 3 hours and I'm back here posting.
I found it hard to believe that a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso yesterday at 5:21 am is still in my system.
Hard to keep my eyes up open on the highway so early for an hour and forty minutes.
Even 1 benadryl at 9 PM didn't work.
Think I'll try a tea with lemon 3.5 hours now when I'm back on the pike
Shitty sleep patterns probably are contributing to my weight up swing
Sick of this solo commute to this office since March
Rant over.
On 4th day of OMAD eating what I want at dinner and scale is already down so I'll keep plugging away
