I hope everyone is doing well. I've been off here for a few days, just super busy. After this weekend that will be one thing checked of the stress list. I don't have a free weekend until I think Dec. 21st, so I'm going to savor any down time I get this weekend.
I haven't been doing well lately. No exercise and I know my eating could be better. I'm still battling my stomach. Some days I feel good, others I just don't feel well at all, so we'll see how tomorrow goes when all that food is around, maybe I won't want to eat any of it. I'm planning to try get back on track with my exercise next week. I'm missing it and I know it will help with some of the stress I've been dealing with.
I'm going to do my best not to eat my body weight in food tomorrow, but we'll see. :)
