Based on my experience and the messages in FS there seems to be a lot of that going on. It may be our body's (caveman) physiological reaction to the onset of Winter (storing fat to help us survive). I have cut my calories severely and increased my exercise a lot and my weight loss is still down to 1 or 1 1/2 lbs per week. I plan to just keep doing what I'm doing and wait for this phase to pass.
