so what happens on the day you have no weight loss ------------------------- you stupidly over eat :( hope fully I havent gained the 2.5 pounds lost this week! :(

It's that self-sabotaging instinct. We feel crappy, so we go to the thing that has traditionally comforted us. And for most of us here, emotional eating is a real issue. Try to find other ways of cheering yourself up. Have a long bath, or a glass of wine, or get your nails done, or do something that makes you feel good. Have a couple of glasses of water, and you'll feel fuller, *and* emotionally happier. Take care. =)
