pretty pleased with myself - was unable to weigh myself due to being over the limit that the scales will manage - and then, the scales weren't working, so i relied on strict calorie counting, allowing myself around 1500 cals a day but being elastic with that because the NHS website states that 2300 is suitable for my weight.
I am allowing myself treats fortnightly, a kebab or some wine, so I don't drop off the wagon and start eating everything in sight.
The reason I'm doing 1500 rather than 2300 calories is so that it isn't so hard when I have to start dropping my calorie count as I lose more weight.
But today, yeah, really pleased.
