It's early to tell but I think gluten week has stalled my weight loss! However, I feel pretty good still...Next week is Soy reintroduction week. Not really looking forward to that, I don't really like soy anyways! Except for soy sauce in my sushi, so maybe that's what I'll eat! Even though I keep a paper food journal, I am trying to get back to entering it in here...finding my calorie intake is very low!!
