Good morning!! So dairy reintroduction week didn't go so great either--but a lot better than eggs. Still, I was irritable and had a bit of acne. So I probably won't be eating dairy much either. Still lost weight though, which didn't happen during egg week. This week is gluten week and I am probably WAY too excited about getting to eat a bit of pasta LOL. I don't imagine it will make me feel too good though. I have really cut back on exercise since I hurt my foot last week, am going to try to get that going this week, too. Right now I feel great!
