Emptied my storage locker into my van and worked up a good sweat. It took 45 min and felt as taxing as walking would have so I logged it as walking in exercise journal. Hurried home at this point to watch the Packers, but plan to take a long walk this afternoon.

Your right Shawn this is a very cool site. Still working out the navigation a bit, but when you find something it'll be easier to find the next time. I am sorry to say I have gained three pounds since we stopped our weigh ins on Thanksgiving. Amazing how quickly it can come back when your not watching it. My mom and nan sent me their weigh in, I'll take yours from here and I think our next target date will be Easter, I think that is about 15 weeks away. My goal will be to be down another 15 pounds. Slow but steady I am hoping! K

Glad you like the site. The receipes and the challenges on the side are cool as well. I also am embaressed to have gained several pounds since thanksgiving. That dinner was great and we ate at the buffet on Tuesday as well. On a new note, my doctors were very happy with my blood sugar levels and have cut my insulin back.
