Down almost 13 lbs since starting the Virgin Diet October 14. Haven't weighed this low since October 2012. Hard to believe, really! You couldn't pay me to quit now!! Day two of the dairy trial and I feel pretty good! I thought dairy might cause me some problems, but what if it was EGGS the whole time?! I ate eggs every single day for YEARS! Eggs on top of eggs with egg sauce! Sometimes I egg fasted, eating ONLY eggs for two or three days at a time. Just glad my mind is open enough to see that there could be a better way. But mad I had to hit 200 lbs before I was ready to change LOL!! Have a great day everyone!
