It's not the same as OP but I bought and made a macadamia vread from health connection wholefoods (something like that) that is 2g carbs per 15g slice, however I don't know if I made it in a different pan to theirs but my slices are more like 28g so 4g carbs which is still not bad - it total it's like 1g net carbs
