Woo Hoo!!! I got up early again and I am so far feeling great :) I actually was able to get in thirty minutes on the elliptical before I made coffee and woke up my husband. My biggest worry with getting up early is am I going to wake up my husband and cause him loss of sleep. I did the first two days, and I'm thinking that he was just to tired to wake up this morning. Hmmm.. preventive ways to keep that from happening, I can only be so quite in the morning.
