depends how you cook em! they don’t have a particularly strong taste on their own. lots of seasonings help. i just use them instead of meat to fill out a meal!

Wonderful in a salad either out of the can and rinsed or I roast them in the oven till they are crisp and add to my salad. Major nutritional powerhouse. Nutritional archeologists all over the world are working TOGETHER, comibimg the earth going through tombs and caves looking for an original source of heritage garbonzo beans. With that genetic information we could feed the world.
