Had a beautiful day out steam train and then the steam paddle boat, cruising up the river. Sunshine and great company. Needless to say pub lunch also. No dessert. No alcohol, so hopefully not too disastrous when on scales Mon am. Hope you all too had a great day. Back to the grindstone tomorrow am x
