Did chest tris back and even embraced barbell deadlifts again . Then joined my daughter on the bike 😊

Normally I would let the scale going up defeat me and make me give up but instead I hit the weights !

Being young agrees with her 😆 she ate two cupcakes right before the gym and was fine I had chicken breast hours before and felt nauseous after lifting

Great that you both got a workout in together! I get a little nauseous after lifting too. Maybe a little sugar closer to the workout will help with that next time! Just make sure you’re eating enough.

Is that normal for you? Occasionally, I can feel nauseated and a bit light headed when I work out at a harder level than usual.

I don’t think it’s normal for me but it has been years since I was into heavy regular lifting . I worked in a gym for 7 years and I became obsessed and it wasn’t good for me mentally so I found another field and got off of all social media . Since then I did home workouts and more body weight and it was going great but with a regular job and not being in the gym daily for hours and life ... I slowly faded out of any routine . Here I am and it’s been two years since I’ve been in the gym and yesterday trying to go hard and only eating chicken had me nauseous. I also thought it had only been 30 mins but when I text my husband to tell him how I felt but I was dissatisfied in myself bc I didn’t “do enough” he was like Ummm you’ve been gone over an hour I think you did more than you give yourself credit for
