Ternyata kulit lumpia rendah kalori (semoga bener), jadi camilan andalan, bisa diisi tahu telur, pisang coklat, isi sayur, dll. Cara masaknya memang di oven, karna jadinya garing kriuk, gak kalah sm yg digoreng. Dimakan anget2, kriuk kriuk, haha

Kulit lumpianya beli di supermarket ada, di hyper jg ada.
Itu aku pake 4 lembar kulit lumpia, beratnya 61 gr (total). Untuk 1 lembar aku timbang itu kurang lebih 5-6 kalori saja.
