Can I ask do most of you weigh foods before cooking or do you go on cooked weight to work out calories?

Depends on what I’m cooking - if it’s something that will take on what it’s cooked in (boiled, steamed, etc) then I’ll usually weigh before so that way I’m not needlessly factoring in water!
