Had a very emotional day today (marriage problems). I tried to eat healthy food because I kept having to nibble throughout the day due to nerves. When I came home I did a yoga tape to help release any tension, I have to be strong!!! Tomorrow will be better. I'm going to get to bed early so I won't keep eating and to maintain my emotional strength.
