It’s been a very slow journey to see the scale move but everyone here at FS has convinced me to stay true to CICO. My clothes fit better, and I don’t feel as achy in the morning! Wihoo!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
