No real workout today at the gym. I did do the red light thing but since hubby and I donated blood 30 minutes before hitting the gym it was a no go to exercise. James didn't donate today so he could work out. I did do my in booth workout and hit my bare minimum steps for the day but unless I perk up I won't be getting many more. I grabbed some takeout Chinese food for hubby and son and pulled a steak out (frozen) for me for dinner later. My iron was a little low at 12.2 at first then retested at 12.7 so I could still donate. Downside of fasting?? BP was within range. Something new with the blood donations is now they are testing to see if you have the antibodies to covid. It will take a few days days (up to 10) to get results from that.
